By creating an account or using CodiQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Dynamic QR Codes are created using credits. Each credit provides one Dynamic QR Code with 12 months of active hosting. Credits do not expire while your account is active. You may renew codes to extend hosting.
You may not use CodiQR to host illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to direct users to malicious destinations. We may suspend codes or accounts that violate these terms.
CodiQR logs scan data to provide analytics. We strive for accurate reporting but do not guarantee that every scan is captured, unique, or attributed correctly.
Credit packages and Pro subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with consumer protection law.
You retain rights to the content and destinations you encode in your QR codes. CodiQR retains rights to the platform, its design, and the Codi assistant.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CodiQR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
